अगर आप नही जानते कि ये वाक्य सही है या ग़लत तो आगे पढिये -

advance का अर्थ है – पहले ,अग्रिम ,से पहले
जैसे-advance payment, advance information, advance notice
जबकि
advanced का अर्थ है – उन्नत , विकसित ,जटिल ,उच्च
जैसे- advanced learner, advanced course , advanced level

Pronunciation of ‘The’

अंग्रेज़ी सीखने वाले अक्सर the के उच्चारण को लेकर कर confused रहते हैं । The को द बोलें या दी । इसका सीधा सा नियम है की vowel sound (हिन्दी के अ से अः तक की ध्वनियाँ ) से पहल The का उच्चारण दी होता है , जबकि consonant sound(क से ज्ञ तक की ध्वनियाँ ) से पहले द, जैसे : the umbrella (दी अम्ब्रेल्ला), the hour (दी आवर ) , the house(द हाउस) , the university (द यूनिवर्सिटी) आदि ।
इसके अलवा कभी- कभी किसी शब्द पर अतिरिक्त दबाव देने के लिए भी the का उच्चारण दी ही रहता है चाहे vowel sound हो या consonant sound जैसे :
A: I saw the [द] President yesterday.
B: What! The [दी] President of the United States?
A: Yes, exactly.
